We’re incredibly honored to announce that RH CPAs has once again been recognized in Captive International’s US Awards 2024! This recognition is a reflection of the hard work and dedication of our entire team, as well as the trust and support of our valued clients.  

In December, we celebrated 20 years with two incredible leaders at RH CPAs! Leon L. Rives II, our Chief Visionary Officer, and W. Leon Rives, CPA, CFP, Partner and Managing Finance Director, have reached this amazing milestone. Thank you both from your dedication to RH CPAs, our team, and the community. Here’s to many more years of success! 

RH CPAs stepped away from the office to give back to our community by sprucing up a local park in October. It was a great day filled with hard work, laughter, and a sense of pride knowing we’re helping to create a cleaner, greener space for everyone to enjoy! 

The RH CPAs team had a great time at the recruiting event at Campbell University in October! We were thrilled to connect with bright, aspiring professionals and share what makes our firm a fantastic place to grow your career. 

In October, RH CPAs Lexington office hosted a donation drive to help those affected by the recent hurricanes. 

The RH CPAs team had a great time at the recruiting event at Pfeiffer! We had a fantastic time meeting bright, talented individuals eager to learn more about our amazing firm. 

RH CPAs hosted their annual Halloween Costume Content and Amanda Cook recieved the most votes and won the cash prize! 

The RH CPAs leadership team had a great time at their annual retreat! This year, they hit pause on business to take on a real challenge: escaping from “prison” at Total Escape in Winston Salem. With teamwork, quick thinking, and a few laughs, they managed to break free! It was the perfect mix of fun and strategy- exactly what this crew does best! 

In the end of November, the RH CPAs team gathered for a memorable firmwide meeting at the Partee Shack in Greensboro. Beyond the business discussions, it was an incredible opportunity for team building and fun! 

In December, our Karachi team came together for an inspiring community service initiative and charity event! From cleaning the park to spending time with school students and distributing gifts, it was a heartwarming experience filled with smiles, teamwork, and unforgettable memories. This event was not only motivational but also a reminder of the joy that comes from giving back to our community. 

On December 24th, we celebrated our Countdown to Christmas party at the office, and it was a blast! Here’s a snapshot of some of our team who showed up dressed to impress. 

The RH CPAs team participated in Breeden Insurances’ Halloween Costume Contest and Breast Cancer Fundraiser. The most spirited employee, Marie Yarbrough, received a $100 cash prize!

Chief Visionary Officer, Leon Rives, had a great time representing RH CPAs at the annual Tennessee Captive Insurance Association conference in Nashville in November.

The RH CPAs team had a wonderful time participating in the Appalachian State Career Fair. It was an opportunity to meet and mingle with bright young professionals and tell them about career opportunities within our firm.

Work hard, play hard is how we roll. Our team went on a skeet shooting outing together. It was a lot of fun and a great team building exercise.

The RH CPAs team was excited to be in Asheville at the annual North Carolina Government Finance Officers Association (NCGFOA) Fall Conference! We enjoyed networking with professionals and learning about industry updates. This conference serves as a fantastic opportunity to gather, exchange ideas and collaborate with industry professionals!
